Windows Phone market share went down by 0.09% during the month of March 2015


The month of March 2015 was not that good for the mobile OS by Microsoft where Windows Phone lost 0.09% of it’s share as compared to the month of February 2015. Android gained share while Apple’s iOS also lost the market.


According to the latest statistics by Net Market Share, Windows Phone went down by fraction in the market share of March 2015.

Windows Phone has went from 2.66% to 2.57% over the month of March 2015 decreasing by 0.09% in over a month.

Android has increased from 46.87% to 47.51% while iOS has decreased from 42.61% to 41.97%.

Symbian is on the fall with 3.31% while Java got an increase to 3.49% over the period of one month. BlackBerry has also increased to 1.01% with Kindle decreasing to 0.06%.
