Metro Firefox is finally starting to be seen in action. The latest video of Metro Firefox for Windows 8 shows the basic touch experience of Firefox while on the start screen. The tabs opening, bookmarks bar and app bar etc can also be seen in the video.

Firefox UX developer, Yuan Wang posted the video showing the main start screen of Metro Firefox.

The design seen in the video is similar to the mockup images which we previous saw last week.

With Windows 8 Release Preview just around the corner to be released during the first week of June, Mozilla is speeding up Metro Firefox development process to get the Metro version of Firefox ready to be available in Windows 8 Release Preview.

On the other hand Mozilla seem worried about the Metro Firefox in Windows 8 on ARM devices which won’t support third party browsers both on desktop and Metro.
