Microsoft has removed the ‘August Update’ aka Windows 8.1 Update 2 from the servers and advises to uninstall it due to a couple of bugs occurring for Windows 8.1 users with August Update.
Microsoft released the August Update aka Windows 8.1 Update 2 on Patch Tuesday of August 12, 2014 which included many cumulative security and improvement update. August Update includes a handsful of new features and bug fixes for Windows 8.1 users with Update 1.
Now, the software giant has removed the Windows 8.1 August Update from its servers due to many issues occurring for people who installed it. The users are facing the problems like invalid rendering of the Fonts, crashes for PC’s and Blue Screens with ‘Stop 0x50’ error.
The update has mainly been caused by installing the August Update which has the following updates:
