We have already seen the camera king, the Lumia 1020 with a 41MP PureView camera which quickly became the best smartphone with camera but, it’s been almost 2 years since its launch. Now, new leaked images have appeared showing a new Nokia Lumia prototype with a camera hump on back similar to Lumia 1020.
The images posted on the Chinese site shows a new devices with very similar looks to the original Lumia 1020 but, the device includes 5-inch screen with on-screen buttons. The screen resolution will be full-HD 1920 x 1080 pixels which might seem a bit outdated since we have seen quad-HD screens on current flagships.
The device is named “Nokia RM-1052” which points towards this being a prototype which might end up with Microsoft branding on the back. This would be the Lumia 1030 and might also become the first flagship Lumia by Microsoft after the acquisition of Lumia brand from Nokia.
This device will run Windows Phone 8.1 backed up by a 2GB RAM but, other specifications like the processor are not known but, we do see quad-core CPU. The image shows the device having 32GB of internal storage but, we will assume it to increase if Microsoft aims to make it the next flagship Windows Phone aimed at photography.
More details about this awesome Lumia camera phone are scarce but, we might see this device in future.
