Having issues with your Surface tablet? Ask for support/solution from official Microsoft Surface Support handle on Twitter

Microsoft has finally launched an official Twitter account dedicated for providing Surface support to its customers directly for all Surface related issues.

Microsoft’s Surface Pro 3 tablet is the third generation tablet which was launched with Windows 8.1 last year and this makes a total of 5 different models of Surface tablets in the market. Just like every other tablet/laptop, Surface tablets often run into issues whether it’s a small touch/type cover issue or critical recovery but, the customers often need support for their issues.

Microsoft has already set up dedicated support forums for all its Surface models but, now the software giant seems to be taking another good step to help Surface owners. The official Surface Support handle on Twitter will reply to all your queries about your Surface tablet and hopefully, the issue would be fixed thanks to official support.

This support is also similar to Windows Phone support where Microsoft has set up LumiaHelps account on Twitter to help Windows Phones users solve their issues easily.

So, if you are having an issue on your Surface or just want help in small thing, head over to the Twitter and tweet your issue to @SurfaceSupport and your query will be processed as soon as possible.

I tweeted five days ago and still no answer….Are they on holiday?

    • You might also want to mention the official @Surface handle for better support This support account seems to have been abandoned or they simply missed your tweet in the list of tweets.
A retweet with same issue mentioning official Surface and support accounts will surely help.
